New Kids on the Block’s Joey McIntyre was sued for $25,000 for allegedly rear-ending a family-of-five in their vehicle two years ago in Burbank.
The lawsuit was filed this week by Surendra Patel, who claimed the 41-year-old singer ‘negligently, carelessly, and recklessly’ caused the collision.
According to The Wrap, it read: ‘As a result of defendants’ negligence, plaintiffs were required to undergo medical treatment, incurring medical expenses, suffering lost earnings, lost earning potential, property damage, loss of use, and suffering.’

According to TMZ, the family were ‘stopped at a traffic light at the time and all five passengers – including two minor children – were badly hurt.’
